These terms apply to your use of golfdept.co and to text messages from our Golf Dept HQ Alerts program (see Text messages below). By using the site, sending us information through it, or opting in to our texts, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Using our site
You may use this site to learn about The Golf Dept and to contact us about selling inventory or booking a pop-up. Please don’t misuse it. For example, don’t send spam, malware or false information, try to get into systems you’re not allowed to access, or interfere with how the site works.
Information you send us
When you send us information or files, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. We treat inventory details and business information you send as confidential and use them only to evaluate and do business with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No offer or agreement
Information on this site, including descriptions of our services, figures and examples, is for general information only. It isn’t an offer to buy, sell or book anything. Any purchase of inventory, pop-up event or other deal happens only under a separate agreement we confirm with you directly, and that agreement controls.
Our content and other brands
The content of this site, including our name, logos, text and graphics, belongs to Golf Dept LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission. Other brand names mentioned or shown belong to their owners, and seeing them here doesn’t mean those brands endorse or partner with us.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as Whatnot and our sister company Golf Outing Merch. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t control, and their own terms and policies apply there.
Text messages: Golf Dept HQ Alerts
Program name: Golf Dept HQ Alerts.
What it is: internal text messages for the owner and opted-in team members of Golf Dept LLC: task reminders, appointment reminders, daily schedule summaries, and replies to messages you send to the number (for example, confirming a task was added). Golf Dept HQ Alerts does not send marketing messages to the public.
How you opt in: sign up at trackmylive.com/sms.html by entering your name and mobile number and checking the box agreeing to receive texts. You'll get a confirmation text right after. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out or get help: reply STOP to any message to opt out (you’ll get one final confirmation text and no more messages), or reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at sales@golfdept.co or (551) 427-1347.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers
We work to keep this site accurate and working, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Golf Dept LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using, or being unable to use, this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
