These terms cover Golf Dept HQ Alerts, the text message program of Golf Dept LLC. By opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

What you’ll get
Internal operational texts for the owner and opted-in team members of Golf Dept LLC:
- Task reminders and check-ins
- Appointment and event reminders
- Daily schedule summaries
- Replies to messages you send to the number, such as confirming a task was added
Golf Dept HQ Alerts goes only to Golf Dept LLC personnel who have opted in. It does not send marketing messages to the public.
How you opt in
How you opt in: sign up at trackmylive.com/sms.html by entering your name and mobile number and checking the box agreeing to receive texts. You'll get a confirmation text right after. You’ll get a confirmation text that names the program and explains how to get help or opt out.
Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. It depends on your tasks, appointments and how often you text the number.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We don’t charge you for our texts.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. You’ll get one final text confirming you’re unsubscribed, and then no more messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Your phone number stays private
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages (such as Twilio and the wireless carriers).

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who can join
You must be at least 18, a Golf Dept LLC team member or owner, and the account holder for the mobile number you use, or have the account holder’s permission. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from it first.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
